Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Communicate effectively to educate customers on system options.
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain records.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3 years of HVAC Experience
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
