Cardinal Heating & Air is seeking a motivated Account Specialist to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. The Account Specialist will provide outstanding customer service, manage client accounts, process orders, assist with billing and invoicing, schedule service visits, and coordinate with technicians. This on-site role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
Coordinate scheduling with technicians and customers
Maintain and update account records in CRM
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Experience with CRM and billing systems is a plus
