🎯 Requirements
- Experience in Card Acquiring / merchant services
- Experience working with card acquiring providers
- Understanding merchant lifecycles (onboarding to offboarding)
- Comfortable with calls, chat, and email
- Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple moving parts
- Comfortable working in a pilot environment where processes may evolve
- Nice to have: experience handling chargebacks and disputes
