- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial); Master's degree a plus.
- 8+ years in manufacturing/operations engineering, in high-tech hardware or additive manufacturing.
- 3+ years managing a team of engineers.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, precision assembly, and electromechanical systems; additive/optical a plus.
- Expertise in SPC, GR&R, and other quality methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on problem solving on the production floor.

- Salary: $176,000-$264,000 per year; midpoint $220,000; location-based adjustments.
