🎯 Requirements
- Finance/treasury background with accounting and capital knowledge.
- Banking experience in capital management and reporting; PRA familiarity.
- Strong understanding of balance sheet and risk weighted assets.
- Strong analytical skills with large data sets and data storytelling.
- Experience with Saracen, TM1, and RCT.
- Experience using Qlik; emerging tech is a plus.
- ACA/CA or MBA or CFA with finance experience.
