The Payments Solutions & Onboarding Specialist will lead the onboarding and commercial enablement of new Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end PSP onboarding (vendor selection, NDAs, KYC, and due diligence).Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure readiness and approval.Maintain vendor documentation and onboarding trackers.Support Head of Payments with commercial negotiations and RFPs.Ensure timely activation and tracking of PSP integrations.Develop PSP scorecards and post-go-live performance assessments.Oversee monthly balance confirmations across all PSPs, validating balances against internal data and PSP reports.Escalate discrepancies, coordinate with Finance and PSPs for resolution, and maintain audit-ready records.Liaise with internal stakeholders to align payment solutions with strategy.Identify and escalate compliance or risk issues.Contribute to PSP portfolio optimisation and market coverage expansion. Requirements More than 2 years’ experience in payments, fintech, or PSP management.Solid knowledge of KYC, due diligence, and vendor onboarding.Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Legal.Experience managing vendors within regulated environments.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / PSP dashboard tools / Jira / Confluence.
