🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in capital markets, structured finance or securitisation.
- Proven record structuring/securitisation programs (auto/leasing).
- Deep knowledge of debt products, financial modelling, risk & rating agency processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to align financing with goals.
- Passion for Net Zero, EVs and sustainable business models.
