🎯 Requirements

7+ years in capital markets with brokerage or investment bank.
Proven ability to transfer key relationships to the company.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, collegial approach to achieving objectives.
Experience in a large brokerage environment.
Ability to represent customers and partners effectively.
