📋 Description

• Architect capital deployment strategy to drive ecosystem utility.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations with liquidity providers and DeFi protocols.
• Steward DeFi ecosystem relationships to support growth and security.
• Facilitate execution of cryptocurrency sales and treasury programs.
• Develop internal options and volatility programs; define execution parameters.
• Monitor program performance; adjust playbooks to market shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, CS; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 6–10+ years in finance; 3+ years in blockchain/DeFi.
• Technical proficiency: on-chain data, DeFi protocols, market-making; Dune.
• Strategic leadership: present complex investment and risk strategies to executives.
• Operational rigor: bridge traditional accounting with DeFi workflows.
• Analytical depth: strong quantitative skills; model high-vol assets.
