Capital Markets - Investor Services Associate

📋 Description

• Manage ongoing relationships and day-to-day support for institutional investor accounts.
• Interface with investors, lenders, and stakeholders to deliver client solutions.
• Support due diligence for Capital Markets (securitizations, warehouse facilities, onboarding buyers).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop technical and operational solutions.
• Query and analyze data in Google Cloud Platform and Excel.
• Assist with monthly investor reporting and ad-hoc tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 2+ years client-oriented experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team-first culture.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
