- Support licensing and regulatory projects across jurisdictions under senior counsel(s)
- Prepare license applications, regulatory filings, and supporting docs
- Draft and review business plans, policies, procedures for submissions
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on financial services, brokerage, and fintech
- Liaise with external legal and compliance advisors
- Review commercial agreements and selected corporate matters
- Provide day-to-day regulatory and compliance support
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and support initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- 2–6 years PQE as a qualified lawyer
- Minimum 1 year experience with regulated financial services clients
- Hands-on licensing or regulatory work experience
- Experience with external legal or compliance consultants
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Commercial mindset for regulated businesses
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
- Comfortable in fast-paced international environment
- Business-level English (B2 / CEFR or above)
