The CASS Operations Assistant
plays a vital role in supporting the CASS Oversight Team in ensuring our firm's compliance with the FCA's Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS). This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of CASS compliance and contribute to the ongoing development of our CASS control framework.Responsibilities:
- To assist the CASS Team in maintaining the effectiveness of our CASS control framework.
- To gain a comprehensive understanding of CASS regulations and industry best practices.
- To develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a compliance setting.
- To contribute to the overall success of the CASS Team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in a related role (eg Finance, Operations).
- Basic understanding of financial services and/or regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Office/Google applications.
- Nice to have - demonstrable knowledge of FCA Client Asset Sourcebook.
