THE BIG PICTURE

We are looking for a User Migration Lead to drive the transition of users from our current data analytics platform (GRADE) to a new, future-state data platform. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, ideally with experience in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of users from the existing data analytics platform (GRADE) to the new data platform
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user migration strategy
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption
  • Document and manage risk logs, track progress, and report on migration status
  • Ensure alignment with Target Operating Model implementation
  • Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and presentations for internal and external audiences

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT applications management or project/change management in Finance
  • Proven experience in leading user migrations or platform transitions
  • Good understanding of data analytics platforms or similar banking applications
  • Familiarity with data governance principles
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage individuals effectively
