• Build, optimize and scale backend services in Go
• Design and implement APIs and microservices powering financial applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products
• Write clean, maintainable, secure and performant code backed by automated tests

• 5+ years of professional experience with Go (Golang)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of databases, distributed systems and cloud-native development
• Common data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless technologies on major cloud platforms
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Background in financial systems
• German language
