🎯 Requirements
- Strong business analysis experience delivering change within Capital Markets
- Hands-on experience across trading, risk, post-trade, operations, regulatory change
- Ability to collaborate with technology and data teams to translate business needs into functional designs
- Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall; experience with Jira
- Consulting capabilities including stakeholder engagement, adaptability, structured thinking, clear communication
