Senior Business Analyst - Banking and Payments (operational excellence)

📋 Description

• Lead ops-focused BA workstreams for efficiency and process optimization
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes
• Work with retail banks, challenger banks, and payments orgs to modernise processes via tech
• Provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Business Analysis experience within Banking or Payments (non-generalist)
• Strong understanding of banking or payments operating models and end-to-end processes
• Experience supporting technology implementation, operational change, or process transformation
• Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments using Jira
• Bonus points: experience driving operational excellence, cost reduction, or service improvement initiatives
