🎯 Requirements
- Significant experience leading transformation programmes in Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management
- Proven consulting background with client-facing delivery across large-scale initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable influencing C-suite and navigating matrix organisations
- Experience across agile and traditional methodologies with focus on outcomes over process
- Ability to coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering domain and delivery excellence
- Demonstrated ability to scale programme delivery through tooling, governance, and leadership alignment
