    Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage robust business readiness plans, including change impact assessments, Go-to-Market strategies, training, and communications plans. • Oversee business readiness activities for the launch of new features on digital channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory approvals. • Support markets with internal/external communications, training for frontline staff, and migration/implementation planning. • Lead post-launch activities, including Hypercare reporting, and track customer responses and operational performance. • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues while ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption. • Provide leadership to a team of Digital Market Activation Analysts. Required Skillsets: • Experience in digital transformation programs with expertise in online and mobile platforms. • Strong understanding of agile cross-functional teams and delivering digital change at scale. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with global teams. • Ability to produce Go-to-Market plans with KPIs and ensure smooth delivery of digital initiatives. • Background in risk management, compliance, and regulatory approvals. • Experience in MI & analytics reporting and tracking business benefits post-launch. • Leadership experience, including team management, recruitment, and performance coaching. Good-to-Have Skills: • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and agile frameworks. • Expertise in process improvement, change management, and migration planning. • Experience in the financial services domain (banking, wealth, insurance) is desirable.
