Required Skill-set (ratings out of 10)• React (Hooks, Context, Suspense, Router, modern patterns, Jest / React Testing Library)• Core JavaScript (ES6+)• Front-end Web Performance Optimization (bundle splitting, lazy loading, tree-shaking, CSS strategy, Lighthouse)• TypeScript • HTML5 & modern CSS/Sass (Flexbox, Grid, BEM, CSS-in-JS, responsive design) • Accessibility (ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard / screen-reader support)Secondary skills• Working knowledge of Java 11+ services and Maven builds.
