MAKE AN IMPACT
Strategy*• Contribute insights on change impact and readiness to ensure initiatives are prioritised and sequenced effectively.• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in change management to apply fit-for-purpose approaches.Business*• Partner with Programme Lead and delivery teams to develop, integrate and execute change management activities.• Build strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure their needs and feedback shape the change journey.• Support the measurement of change effectiveness through adoption metrics and business outcomes.Processes*• Adopted structured methodologies and tools to manage the change lifecycle (eg. ADKAR, Prosci)People & Talent*• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums to build change readiness.Risk Management*• Identify potential risks to change adoption and develop mitigation plans.• Monitor stakeholder sentiment and escalate issues that may impede delivery success.Governance*• Speak up and proactively flag gaps and deviations to the key principles, Change Delivery Standards and Change Delivery Model as a Product Delivery Organization, and steer execution of improvement plans to address them.
