We are looking for Business Consultant Lead for OT Network 

1. Blueprint Development

   • Lead the creation of a comprehensive blueprint for Operational Technology (OT) network management.
   • Ensure alignment with IT network standards, emphasizing governance, control, and security.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

   • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and real estate services teams to gather requirements and insights.
   • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and commitment.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

   • Define clear roles and responsibilities for OT network management.
   • Develop accountability frameworks to support efficient and transparent operations.

4. Security and Resilience Enhancement

   • Identify and implement security measures to strengthen operational resilience.
   • Partner with cybersecurity teams to embed best practices into the OT network.

5. Project Management

   • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the workstream.
   • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet evolving objectives.

6. Reporting and Documentation

   • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
   • Ensure all processes and changes are thoroughly documented for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of enterprise change frameworks and IT network standards.
  • Experience in designing Target Operating Models within large organizations.

• Leadership and Communication

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging senior-level stakeholders.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving

  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess network requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing strategic responses.
