JOB SUMMARY:

• Location: Bangalore/Chennai
• Role Description:

•7+ years of strong functional experience

Roles & Responsibilities 

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Banking/ Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise.

• Proficient in data quality processes, including data cleansing, blending, validation, and transformation to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.

• Review data quality issues (completeness, validity, consistency, etc) and drive data remediations exercise. 

• Collaborate and support business and IT teams in fixing data issues.

• Implement preventive controls to reduce future errors.

• Document data lineage, rule logic, and remediation steps for audit purposes.

• Proficient in performing gap analysis, assessing pros and cons and coming up with the problem statement.

• Ability to proactively suggest process and system improvements that create sustainable business value, enhancing operational efficiency.

• Prior experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies, with proficiency in tools like Jira and Azure DevOps for effective project tracking and management.

• Exceptional communication skills paired with strong stakeholder management capabilities, adept at engaging with a wide range of senior stakeholders.
