What you’ll do: 

  • Working closely with the Project Managers for the NAV validation and fund migration workstream to support analysis and migration activities
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Managing competing resources and priorities
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Preferable to have experience working in Fund Accounting or MSS Operations, with an understanding of NAV calculation and exception management
  • Knowledge of pControl, WEM, or Multifonds would be preferable, but not essential.
  • Strong reporting skills in MS-Office suite, JIRA, and Confluence tool.
  • Experience of working within large programmes / change initiatives and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Understanding of the project lifecycle
  • Understanding of MSS Ops Transformation Lifecycle, Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques
  • Understanding of the purpose, value, culture, and fundamentals of MSS Operations
  • Understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for banks, its customers, and other stakeholders
  • Business analysis skills and experience, including requirements gathering, prioritization, process mapping, gap analysis and agile story writing
  • Experience of working in a banking environment and change projects
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and experience in face-to-face presentation
