📋 Description

• Manage hardware lifecycles with SRE and FDE teams.
• Bridge customer needs with Baseten hardware.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and cloud-native tools.
• Project-manage capacity puzzles for reliability.
• Lead Lost Node initiatives; regional compliance; maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role or junior SRE/Cloud Eng.
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native orchestration knowledge.
• Ownership mindset, detail-oriented, clear communication.
• Ability to explain blockers to internal and external teams; cross-functional.
• SF or NYC-based candidates preferred.
