Capacity and Infrastructure Lead

📋 Description

• Build dashboards tracking cloud cost, usage, capacity, and efficiency.
• Ingest, clean, and model billing and usage data from cloud providers.
• Create canonical data models for capacity and usage across dimensions and time.
• Partner with Infra Eng and Finance to define core metrics for spend and capacity.
• Support forecasting by modeling historical usage and capacity trends.
• Develop alerts for billing, tagging, utilization, and capacity anomalies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, infrastructure analytics, cloud cost mgmt.
• Strong SQL skills with complex transformations across datasets.
• Experience building clean data models and semantic layers in dbt.
• Knowledge of AWS Cost and Usage Reports and Google Cloud Billing Export.
• Experience integrating data from APIs, cloud exports, and billing systems with Python/SQL.
• Familiarity with the FOCUS standard for cloud cost data normalization.
