Usability Engineer - User Science

📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Academic track record in Design, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field or equivalent experience.
• User research expertise: qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, data analysis).
• Tinkerer mindset: prototyping, scripting, and creative tooling.
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering and process optimization teams.
• Portfolio of user research, design, or engineering projects demonstrating impact.
