🎯 Requirements

- Ability to drive and deliver technical work streams.
- Lead and coach others to deliver exceptional engineering work.
- Significant experience with Rust, Go, Python, Flutter or C/C++.
- Professional English; excellent communication; travel up to two weeks yearly.
