The Role

Ensure smooth travel operations for staff across APAC and EMEA.
Proactively manage travel bookings with vendors, negotiate terms, and optimize costs.
Coordinate itineraries, visas, and required documentation.
Track travel expenses and assist with reporting and reconciliation.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other teams to improve processes.

What we look for

1-3 years in travel operations, logistics, or related roles.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with travel booking tools and expense management.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
Customer-service mindset and vendor relationship management.
