Revenue Accounting Manager - Software Industry, IFRS 15, NetSuite

Canonical is seeking a Mid-Senior Revenue Accounting Manager to own the end-to-end revenue accounting lifecycle and drive continuous improvements of the quote-to-cash process. This remote role is based in the EMEA region (Home based - EMEA).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end revenue accounting lifecycle and drive continuous improvements of the quote-to-cash process
• Ensure IFRS 15 revenue recognition is correctly applied and reported
• Manage NetSuite-based revenue modules, configurations, and related controls
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other functions to maintain accurate and timely revenue closing and reporting
• Lead process optimization, automation initiatives, and internal controls within revenue accounting
• Support monthly close, external reporting, and audit readiness as required

Requirements

• Significant experience in revenue accounting with IFRS 15 and NetSuite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity within the EMEA region
• Knowledge of ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferred
