Role overview

Lead Canonical's SecOps team to protect the organization's information and systems across global operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong strategy, people management, and collaboration with Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for security operations across the company
Oversee threat modeling, tabletop exercises, intrusion detection and incident response
Coordinate forensic analysis and policy determination
Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to improve security controls
Mentor and develop security operations staff

Qualifications and experience

Proven experience leading security operations teams
Strong people management and leadership skills
Experience with threat modeling and incident response
Familiarity with forensic analysis and security policy development
