Graduate Customer Success Manager at Canonical
Canonical is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Graduate Customer Success Manager to help customers derive maximum value from Canonical's products. This is a remote, full-time role that supports a worldwide workforce.
What you’ll do
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their goals and success metrics
- Onboard new customers and drive adoption of Canonical products
- Monitor customer health and usage, identify risks, and coordinate actions to mitigate churn
- Gather feedback and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve customer outcomes
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring a positive experience across touchpoints
