Canonical is seeking an Executive Search Lead to drive exceptional talent selection processes across the business, using data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes for senior roles across the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand talent needs and define search strategies.
- Leverage data-driven analytics to improve decision-making and candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of senior candidates; manage candidate experience and assessment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading executive search or senior talent acquisition, ideally in tech or large organizations.
- Strong data analytics mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recruitment decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely across EU/EMEA.
