Canonical is hiring an Engineering Manager for IAM (Identity and Access Management) to lead the engineering team responsible for authentication, authorisation, and identity across multi-cloud environments. This is a remote, full-time role based in Americas and Europe.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the IAM engineering team
- Define and execute the IAM roadmap across multi-cloud environments
- Collaborate with security, platform, and product teams to deliver scalable identity solutions
- Manage delivery of authentication and authorization capabilities for enterprise users
- Drive engineering best practices, architectural decisions, and cross-team coordination
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and enterprise-scale identity solutions
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- Ability to define and execute a technical roadmap and mentor teams
