About the Role

As Americas Sales Director, you will lead partner engagements, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth across the Americas region by forming strategic licensing and embedding collaborations with software vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner strategies with ISVs and SaaS providers in the Americas
• Negotiate licensing terms and embedding arrangements for Canonical's Ubuntu and Ubuntu Pro offerings
• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and legal

Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales and channel/partner management
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with ISVs and SaaS vendors
• Experience with open source ecosystems and/or Canonical's Ubuntu products is a plus
• Ability to operate in a remote/hybrid environment and travel as needed
