Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support Canonical's financial processes across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. This remote, full-time position will handle invoicing, cash postings, AR aging, and reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records and timely customer collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices and record cash receipts
• Post payments to the AR ledger and manage accounts receivable aging
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries and support accounts with timely information
• Collaborate with the Finance team to improve cash flow and process efficiency

Requirements

• Entry-level to junior accounting experience or relevant coursework
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP systems
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global team
