Be the prime liaison between builder, client/owner and design teams.
Lead and develop the project Risk Assessment during Construction Administration.
Attend site meetings: scheduling, cost management, pre-installation, and bi-weekly reviews.
Coordinate with Project Directors/PMs to assign CA team members to scopes.
Manage CA efforts onsite and in offices; collaborate with QA Leaders.
Guide the team to implement CA policies; resolve issues early with design leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
15+ years in construction administration; last 5 years institutional/commercial.
Healthcare and Education project experience preferred.
Registration or licensure preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
