📋 Description

  • Be the prime liaison between builder, client/owner and design teams.
  • Lead and develop the project Risk Assessment during Construction Administration.
  • Attend site meetings: scheduling, cost management, pre-installation, and bi-weekly reviews.
  • Coordinate with Project Directors/PMs to assign CA team members to scopes.
  • Manage CA efforts onsite and in offices; collaborate with QA Leaders.
  • Guide the team to implement CA policies; resolve issues early with design leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • 15+ years in construction administration; last 5 years institutional/commercial.
  • Healthcare and Education project experience preferred.
  • Registration or licensure preferred.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
