📋 Description

• Perform and direct complex HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment design for large-scale buildings.
• Oversee, mentor, and provide technical leadership to designers and engineers.
• Direct work of junior staff, including performance reviews.
• Prepare Revit/BIM models from schematic to construction administration.
• Specify mechanical equipment such as boilers, chillers, and AHUs.
• Interface with clients and project team; attend budget-focused meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (ABET preferred).
• 8+ years of related experience.
• US PE license preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes.
• Experience with engineering design software (Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus).
