• Lead client partnerships to win future work.
• Maintain positive client relations; clearly communicate design issues.

• Manage work plans, budgets, and schedules with MS Project/Deltek.
• Ensure contract management, approvals, and payables with the client.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations; support business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• Licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam.
• Strong client leadership and project team management skills.
