Plumbing / Fire Protection Engineer III

📋 Description

• Design ductwork, piping, and equipment for plumbing and fire protection on assigned projects.
• Supervise PM direction within mechanical and monitor project budgets.
• Prepare Revit/BIM models of drawings from schematic to construction.
• Edit specifications for existing or new projects.
• Research emergent issues independently.
• Specify boilers, chillers, and air handling units.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of related experience.
• Current PE or FPE license in the United States required.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to effectively handle multiple projects.
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus.
