Designer II

📋 Description

• Contribute conceptual architectural design within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Prepare design/presentation materials including 3D visualizations.
• Contribute to BIM model production and deliverables.
• Coordinate project work with other disciplines.
• May lead a project issue or topic within the team.
• Review shop drawings with guidance from the Project Architect.
• May participate in site visits.
• Attend and participate in project team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture; accredited program preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of related professional experience.
• Strong creative design portfolio required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Experience with real-time renderers: Enscape, Twinmotion, or V-Ray.
• Experience with Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred.
• Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
