📋 Description

• Independently contribute conceptual architectural design as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Prepare design and presentation efforts, including 3D visualizations.
• Contribute to BIM model production and associated deliverables.
• Participate in project coordination with other disciplines.
• May take on a leadership role within the team on a project issue.
• Review shop drawings with guidance from the Project Architect.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (accredited program preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of related professional experience.
• Strong creative design portfolio.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Experience with real-time rendering tools: Enscape, Twinmotion, or V-Ray.
• Grasshopper and Dynamo experience; US licensure preferred.
