Candidate Experience Specialist, Contractor

📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to execute the hiring plan.
• Coordinate with recruiters to keep ATS data accurate and up to date.
• Manage candidate scheduling and interviews; coordinate the hiring flow.
• Ensure timely, thoughtful candidate communications at each stage.
• Monitor candidate pipelines and flag bottlenecks for the team.
• Create and stage employment contracts for offers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting end-to-end hiring with recruiters and managers in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using an ATS to schedule and move candidates; Greenhouse helpful but not required.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; willing to learn Git and GitLab.
• Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization with attention to detail.
• Ability to build cross time zone relationships while maintaining confidentiality.
