📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Canadian payroll processing, data validation, and submissions.
• Partner with payroll providers to resolve issues and ensure timely processing.
• Lead payroll system enhancements and transition to a scalable provider.
• Respond to employee payroll and benefit inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits for newly acquired international entities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years payroll experience, international ops.
• Canadian payroll operations experience.
• Canadian benefits administration knowledge.
• Experience leading payroll system implementations.
• Strong payroll taxes, compliance, and accounting knowledge.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, CloudPay.
