📋 Description

• Define the business-facing product direction for Camunda Hub (dashboards, ideas, collaboration).
• Collaborate with Task Automation, Hub team, and Value Engineering to align on strategy and metrics.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Core Orchestration for consistent flows and data models.
• Translate customer insights into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery and co-innovation with enterprise design partners.
• Deliver MVPs showing how orchestration data translates to business insights.

🎯 Requirements

• A track record launching or scaling enterprise software across SaaS and self-managed deployments.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, value engineering, customer success).
• Excellent communication and storytelling to connect strategy to execution.
• 5+ years in enterprise product management across SaaS and self-managed models.
• Demonstrated success delivering dashboards, analytics, or collaboration features.
