- Ability to run value selling with microservices architectures and multi tenancy; win win negotiation.
- Self starter with ownership and curiosity; comfortable with regional nuances.
- Think long term; revenue often starts after signature.
- Nice to have BPMN, agentic and process orchestration; remote/international team experience.
