🎯 Requirements

- PM tools: MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Experience in high-growth industrial sites, utilities expansion, or campus development.
- Familiarity with Texas land use regulations.
- Must be available for extended hours/weekends and travel up to 10%.
