Recruiting Sourcer

About the Role
As a Recruiting Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in building our talent pipeline. You’ll partner closely with the team to understand hiring needs, proactively source high-quality candidates, and create strategies to engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the team to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future roles

• Conduct initial outreach and engagement with candidates to generate interest in opportunities

• Maintain accurate data and candidate information in our ATS/CRM systems

• Research and experiment with new sourcing tools, channels, and methods to improve results

• Share market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence with the recruiting team

• Help drive diversity sourcing initiatives to attract a broad range of candidates

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage passive candidates

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
