- Own end-to-end optimization and delivery of all campaigns, driving revenue across brand/agency/publisher accounts.
- Manage, optimize, and report on campaigns across Verve for Advertisers’ platform and DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta).
- Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance to meet KPIs and margin goals.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations and Client Success on targeting, creative setup, troubleshooting, tagging, and reporting.
- Provide actionable insights on campaign metrics to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage budgets, invoicing, and forecasting with Finance and Sales Ops.
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
- Hands-on with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics (GA, IAS, DoubleClick).
- Strong understanding of pixels, click tags, UTM codes, and performance tracking.
- Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite proficiency; SQL knowledge a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with a passion for ad tech.
