- Comfortable working directly with Sales β understand SDRs/AEs needs to act on a lead
- Executes fast, documents well, and iterates without being asked
- Detail-oriented but not precious β move quickly and clean it up as you go
- Organized and collaborative β keep stakeholders informed without being managed
