🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, B2B SaaS preferred
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience β€” built workflows, sequences, and landing pages from scratch
  • Comfortable working directly with Sales β€” understand SDRs/AEs needs to act on a lead
  • Executes fast, documents well, and iterates without being asked
  • Detail-oriented but not precious β€” move quickly and clean it up as you go
  • Organized and collaborative β€” keep stakeholders informed without being managed
