This role is the engine of our sales team, focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

Proactively identify, research, and engage potential B2B clients and key contacts within target industries.

Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the B2B Sales team.

Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
本科及以上学历。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (English is the primary working language).
优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力(英语为主要工作语言)。
Junior SDR: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, particularly in SaaS, HR Services, or E-learning industries.
